We are discussing here about of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, this scheme was started by the Government of India in 2018 to help the farmers. Under this scheme the central government has released nine installments so far. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6000 annually. In this scheme by issued 3 installments of 2000 rupees.

By Government of India till now 11.37 crore farmers have got the benefit of this scheme. The government has transferred Rs 1.58 lakh crore under this scheme.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the money of the 10th installment is going to come in the account of the farmers in the coming week. According to some media reports, the next installment of PM Kisan Yojana can come from 15 to 25 December. Under this scheme, every year Rs 6000 in the account of farmers is given in three installments, Rs 2000 on four months. This amount is sent directly to the account of the farmers. To take advantage of this scheme, Eligible farmer can apply online and offline.

According to the information, 2000 rupees of the 10th installment is going to come in the account of most of the farmers, while Rs 4000 is expected to come in the account of some farmers. These are the farmers whose ninth installment was not received. Now the government can give Rs 4000 together by adding the ninth installment and the 10th installment in the account of farmers.

Eligibility criteria for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi

Under this scheme, all farming families who own land can benefit from the benefits. The family of landowning farmers is defined by the regime’s guidelines as a family consisting of a husband, wife, and minor children who own arable land in accordance with the cadastre of the respective State or UT.

The existing land tenure system is used to identify beneficiaries.

-Each institutional owner.
-Families of breeders belonging to one or more of the following categories:
-Current and past holders of constitutional functions.
-Current and former ministers, ministers of state, district presidents of Panchayats, mayors of municipal corporations, members of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha or of state legislative assemblies or state legislative councils.
-All retired and active employees and civil servants of ministries or offices or departments of central or state government and its field units or central / state PES and subsidiary offices or autonomous institutions under government and employees local authorities. (Excluding Class IV / Multitasking staff / Group D employees).
-Any retiree or retiree with a monthly pension of Rs 10,000 and more (excluding Class IV / multitasking / Group D employees)
-Anyone who paid income tax during the last tax year.
-Professionals such as Engineers, Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Architects registered in Professional Associations and practice the profession by practicing practices.

Benefits of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi

All farming families who own arable land in their names, regardless of the amount of their landholdings, are eligible for income support of Rs 6,000 per year under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme.

Each year, the amount of 6000 rupees is paid in three instalments as follows:

How to PM Kisan Status Check

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: At the top, there is an option “Farmers Corner” and select the link of the option provided.

Step 3: Choose the beneficiary status option where you can check the status of the request. On the status, there will be a list that will have the name of the farmer and the amount remitted to his bank account.

Step 4: Now your Aadhaar number, your bank account number, or your cell phone number. Using the numbers of these three documents, the beneficiary can verify the amount received from PM Kisan.

Step 5: Now enter the details you got from the above three numbers in the previous step.

Step 6: Finally, you will receive all transactions after clicking on this number.

In June 2019, the benefits for farm families were extended to 14.5 crores of land, regardless of the size of the land.
Institutional landowners, agricultural families in constitutional positions, active or retired civil personnel, workers of the state and central government, public sector businesses, and autonomous organisations of government are excluded from the PM Kisan regime.
